Refund Policy
What is the reason of refund or return?
If the product includes a product malfunction, has not been shipped or is not or has not gone through the manufacturing stage, error of the size/color/style, is broken, torn, or damaged in anyway when received by the customer.
These are reasons for a full refund.
What about a partial refund, swap of merchandise or store credit?
If the product has an error with the size/color/style, if the product has a malfunction, damage or is torn soon after a customer has received it.
All returns, refunds or swaps of merchandise must be approved by our customer support team which can be reached by using the emailing form below, sending us a message on our social medias or calling us through our support number. We are not obliged to refund, return or swap merchandise if we see it as unfit for a refund, return or merchandise swap. We will require proof for damages, product malfunctions or an error in what style/color/size. If we do not deem the reason for a refund, return or merchandise swap reasonable we retain the right to withhold a refund, return or merchandise swap.
Pre Order Cancellation Fee:
If an order is canceled after the pre order period has ended and before the order has been shipped then a fee of 10% of the total order value (not including shipping) will not be refunded. This is due to pre orders using the money from orders to pay for the manufacturing of the product. If the money must be returned to the customer after manufacturing has started it requires us to pay up front for either a cancellation of the manufacturing or have to pay out of pocket for the manufacturing of the product
